central location helpful staff daily cleaning
The location was very central, convenient for walking to many attractions. I found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. The room had daily cleaning and was always lovely and warm.

The location suited my needs very well. i could easily walk to main attractions and enjoy the city (that was really important for me). the staff were helpful. They provided directions and suggestions. the rooftop bar had lovely views, i could relax there after a day of sightseeing.
i found the coffee cups in the room had coffee stains.

Central and Charming
easy access good variety rooftop terrace
The location was a real highlight. It allowed easy access to many attractions. I could quickly reach the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps (i liked it). The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The rooftop terrace bar was nice.
I noticed standard furnishings in the room, with dust visible on some surfaces. The overall cleanliness could use some attention, especially in certain corners. The spa area needed some improvements.

The staff demonstrated kindness and were always available to assist with any requests. The check-in service was smooth, and the team was always ready to provide helpful recommendations and directions.

excellent location polite staff
the location was excellent i walked to the trevi fountain and spanish steps without problems the front desk staff were polite i did not have any issues
